Records maintenance and owner access to records, and much more. The course is completed within a couple of hours.
Meeting, Minutes, & Elections
Our office will work with management and the Board of Directors to schedule Annual elections, prepare the meeting notice for board and member meetings, and attend them in-person or virtually on an as needed basis.
We ensure the community complies at each stage of the meeting with the Florida Statutes.
Vendor Termination
Terminating a Vendor does not have to be time-consuming and painful for the Board Members.
Our office will negotiate contracts and prepare the documents needed to terminate a vendor, so you do not have to.
