Nathan A. Frazier, the managing partner of Frazier & Bowles, Attorneys at Law, began his legal career in Association Law upon his graduation from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and subsequent passing of the Florida Bar Examination. During his first years as an attorney, Mr. Frazier quickly developed a passion for this aspect of Real Estate Law, working at one of the most sought-after law firms in the Tampa Bay Area. Mr. Frazier’s love for Association law stems from his genuine enjoyment of working with real people who care deeply about their communities and want to see them thrive. Today, still driven by his early love of this area of law, Mr. Frazier built a law firm founded on the importance of impactful, solid relationships with our clients, supporting the community Board Members as they work toward positive outcomes in each community.

Something that sets Frazier & Bowles apart is the law firm’s attention to the ever-increasing impact of technology on the profession of law. Mr. Frazier, along with the firm’s attorneys and staff, embrace technology to best serve its clients. Mr. Frazier’s keen understanding of how technological integration could streamline day to day client needs led him to want to start his own practice in 2015. He first joined a smaller boutique firm in Tampa Bay that allowed him time to test his concept of modernizing the law practice as technology evolves. In 2016, Frazier Law Group, PLLC, began with just a small team. After working alongside of and learning from Mr. Frazier for several years, Mr. Brian Bowles, Esq. became a named partner in the firm in 2019, forming Frazier & Bowles, Attorneys at Law.
